Iran Desert Forward Outpost: Our Prefabricated Foldable Container House, Solar-Powered Camouflage Shelter

This case shows our foldable container houses deployed at a border camp in the desert of Iran. The cabins are finished with desert camouflage coating and equipped with independent solar photovoltaic panels to realize off-grid power supply in the wilderness. They serve as forward desert sentry posts and field command duty rooms. Adopting a modular foldable structure, each unit is fully prefabricated in the factory. Rapid on-site deployment and installation can be achieved without complicated infrastructure works. The wall panels are high-performance thermal insulation boards adapted to the desert environment of high temperature, intense sunlight and blowing sand, with excellent heat insulation, dust and sand resistance. Paired with a detachable solar power system, the shelter can generate power independently in desert zones without access to the public grid, meeting the electricity demand for lighting and communication equipment. When folded, the cabin is compact for transport across desert areas. Interfaces for communication, water and power are pre-reserved, so it is ready for duty right after deployment. It is suitable for desert border sentry points, temporary field command stations and exploration duty premises in Iran. The units support fast deployment, relocation and repeated reuse. Jinzhong can provide customized off-grid solar systems, camouflage finishes and heat-insulating dust-proof configurations. One-stop manufacturing and on-site deployment guidance are available. It is an ideal modular shelter solution for remote desert areas without power grid access.
